I'm sorry. This does not give us any information as to where the points  
C,D,E, or F are located.  It only tells us that A is the center of the 
circle and the size of the two angles.  We cannot tell whether some or 
any of the other points are on the circle ,off the circle, inside or 
outside the circle. If you can explain the figure better in the thank-you 
note, we'll get back to you.  But we have to know more about the figure
than just the information given.
The code for the "is perpendicular to" symbol ⊥ is & #8869; 
with no space between the & and the #
