You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let driving speed be x
so distance traveled = 0.75x
bus speed = (x-16)
time = 1.25 hours
distance = 1.25(x-16)
distance is same
0.75x=1.25(x-16)
0.75x=1.25x-20
0.50x=20
x= 40 mph driving speed
bus speed = 40-16 = 24 mph
