Question 870249: Evaluate the expressions:
log32^2 (32 raised to what power is 2???)

log2^(1/16) (I'm guessing this means 2 to what power is 1/16?)

How would you know this? Randomly punching numbers in the calculator until getting the answer? Thanks for you help!

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What base? No meaning without the base.

32%5E2=%282%2A16%29%5E2=%282%5E5%29%5E2=2%5E%285%2A2%29=2%5E10; but for log%28%2832%5E2%29%29, you need to use a specific base for the logarithm. When you know what it is, or when you make your choice, you can proceed further.
