You didn't state it but I assume that a C is at least a 70(?).
70=%2880%2F100%29%2878%29%2B%2820%2F100%29%28T%29
0.2T=70-62.4
0.2T=7.6
T%3E=38
You need to get at least a 38 on the final to get at least a C.
