You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You first need to know how many yards in a mile.
1 mile = 5280 feet
Divide that by 3 for yards
1 mile = 1760 yards
The horse gallops 1760 yards * 30 per hour, or 52,800 yards per hour.
There are 60 minutes in an hour. Divide the number of yards per hour by 60 to find the number of yards in one minute.
52800/60= 880 yards per minute.
