Graph y EQUALS -2x+6 as a dashed line::
if x = 0, y = 6
If x = 2, y = 2
Plot (0,6) and (2,2) and draw a dashed line thru them.
Since y > -2x+6, shade the half-plane ABOVE the dashed line
to see the graph of the inequality.
