You can put this solution on YOUR website! Examine your question yourself. Make a number line. Label a point on the line. Give it any variable you want to name it. Try adding and subtracting other numbers. This you would already understand.
Now create an order relation using any two labeled numbers on a number line. Add and subtract numbers. What happens to the order relation?
To answer you simply, "No."
You do not flip the signs when adding or subtracting on both sides of an inequality.
