how do you graph(x-4)^2+y^2=9

It's a circle with center at (4,0) and radius=3
Graph it by plotting a few points.
If x=4, y=3 or -3
If y=0, (x-4)^2=9; x-4=3 or x-4=-3; x=7 or x=1
With those points you can sketch the circle.
