You can put this solution on YOUR website!
f%28x%29=%284x-7%29%2F%28x%5E2%2B5x%2B4%29
For what values of x does f(x) approach infinity?
Rewrite the equation, factoring the denominator
f%28x%29=%284x-7%29%2F%28x+%2B+4%29%28x+%2B+1%29
The denominator is zero for x=-4 and x=-1
That is when f(x) approaches infinity, so those
are the vertical asymptotes
