Question 863063: In a certain game of chance, your chance of winning are 0.2. Assume outcomes are independent and that you will play the game five times. What is the probability that you will win AT MOST, once.
a) 0.0819
b) 0.2
c) 0.4096
d) 0.7373
I know the answer is D but i can only seem to get C (0.4096) as the answer!

Your problem is that you are computing the probability of winning EXACTLY once. You are asked for the probability of AT MOST once which is the sum of the probability of winning zero times:
and the probability of winning once, which you already calculated to be 0.4096
