First, write the x%5E2 - 7xy as 1%2F%28x%5E2+-+7xy%29
Then, flip it and make it %28x%5E2+-+7xy%29%2F1 and change the division to multiplication. Then, factor the x%5E2 - 49y%5E2, the 6x%5E2 + 42y and the x%5E2 - 7xy. Cancel out all common factors, either vertically and/or diagonally, then multiply what's left straight across.
