Simplify and put each equation into the same form, preferably standard form. You can then either use matrix operations or elimination method to solve for the three variables.

The first equation would be stepped as 66%2B2z=4x-16y
4x-16y-2z=66
2x-8y-z=33----You will use it in this form.

You will have a simplified system in x,y,z. Choose which method you want after that. Either substitution, elimination, or matrix operations row reduction.
