Question 862220: f(x)=ax+b
WARNING : THE PROBLEM IS EXTREMELY HARD
1. (I have already solved it!!!) ... f(x) crosses point A(-1;-1) and f(x) is || g(x)=3x-4 ... find 'a' and 'b'!
I FOUND that a=3 and b=2 that was the first condition

2.Using 'a' and 'b' solve the problem : = I CAN"T SOLVE THIS ONE ; I THINK ABOUT 1 HOUR AND I COULDN'T THINK OF ANYHTING ; PLEASE HELP

2) did your teacher give you a value for x?
g(x) = 3x-4
f(x) = 3x+2
f(x+2) + square root(2)*f(-1/3) -2*f(x)
3(x+2)+2 + square root(2)*3(-1/3)+2 -2(3x+2)
3x+6+2 + square root(2)*1 -6x-4
-3x+4+square root(2)
note that -g(x) = -3x+4
B = square root(2) - g(x)
