The answer I got was 2484.65 which doesn't seem right.
2LW+2LH+2WH = 1400
(2x*x)+ (2x*6x)+ (x*6x) = 700
2x^2 + 12x^2 + 6x^2 = 700
20x^2 = 700
divide by 20
x^2 = 35cm
x= 5.916 (?) X is width
length is 2X
height is 6X
volume is L*W*H

width is X, length is 2X, height is 6X
Yes: Surface/2 = Lw + Lh + wh = 700 = 2x^2 + 12x^2 + 6x^2, x = sqrt(35)
V = Lwh = 12x^3 = 12%28sqrt%2835%29%29%5E3+ = 2484.75 cm^3
