Look at the possible picks and list all of them first.
RR=%282%2F4%29%2A%282%2F4%29=1%2F4
RB=%282%2F4%29%2A%282%2F4%29=1%2F4
BR=%282%2F4%29%2A%282%2F4%29=1%2F4
BB=%282%2F4%29%2A%282%2F4%29=1%2F4
Those are the 4 possible choices in picking two balls.
So two consecutive Reds is one of the four possible choices.
