let x = the measure of the equal angles
then
(2x-16) = the third angle
therefore
2x + (2x-16) = 180
4x = 180 + 16
4x = 196
x = 196/4
x = 49 degrees
and
2(49) - 16 = 82 degrees the third angle

Check 49 + 49 + 82 = 180
