Question 861290: I’ve been stuck on this for ever! Can someone explain this to me?
Q: A club with 29 members is voting on a proposal. A group of 4 has decided to vote in favor of the proposal while each of the rest of the members vote independently with a chance of 41% in favor of the proposal. What are the chances that the proposal will get the majority vote?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
majority would be 15 in favor
we already have 4 in favor
so we need 11 out of 25 to vote in favor
.41*25=10.25
not quite 11
