Equation:
a-pi = a
That is a contradiction.
Ans: No solution.

solve tan(alpha-pi) = tan alpha

True for all angles if tan(alpha) is defined.
eg
tan(320) = tan(140) in degrees
tan(pi/3) = tan(-2pi/3) in radians
No unique solution.
