pretend x=4, how would you draw it? basically it's a line that goes through a point where x=4, so draw your coordinates and a vertical line that goes through the point x=4. Now, we pretended that x=4 so that it wouldn't confuse you. Now, because x>4 then the line you would draw SHOULD NOT BE SOLID, it should be a dotted line or like this - - - - -. Almost done, now because this equation x>4 reads as x is greater than four, so shade in all the area that's to the right of your line.
