 (-8, 2)  m = %28-6-2%29%2F-3%2B8%29+=+%28-8%29%2F5

***Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+m%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29 P(-3,-6)

 y + 6 = (-8/5)(x+3)

   y = (-8/5)x - 24/5 - 30/5

   y = (-8/5)x - 54/5

    8x + 5y = -54
