Since these fractions have the same denominator, you can subtract them. Just watch your signs! 5x-x=4x, and -3-3=-6. So you get:

Notice that you can reduce this if you factor a 2 out of the numerator:
2%282x-3%29%2F6
Now, cancel out the 2 with the 6 in the denominator (leaving 3 down there).
