Then number of quarters = 25 - x
Value of dimes = 10*x cents
Value of quarters = (25 - x) * 25 cents

Total value = 10%2Ax+%2B+%2825+-+x%29%2A+25+=+10%2Ax+%2B+625+-+25%2Ax+=+460
Simplifying
165+=+15%2Ax or x+=+11
