again sqrt%28+8x%5E2%29 can be written as sqrt%282%2A4%2Ax%5E2%29 = 2x%2Asqrt%282%29

Now rewrite the given expression as follows.....


x+%2A+3%2A++sqrt%282%29-+3%2A+2x%2Asqrt%282%29+


Here +3%2A+sqrt%282%29 is common in both ters ...so take it outside....
