First graph the y intercept (when x=0).
y=-%283%2F7%29%280%29%2B5
y=5
So the first point is (0,5)

THe slope describes the change in y divided by the change in x. So if I move 7 units in x, I need to move -3 units in y.
Start at (0,5).
(0,5)+(7,-3)=(0+7,5-3)=(7,2)
That's another point on the line.
Plot it and draw the line through both points.
