Assuming your equation is exactly as expressed on here, you are showing, as rendered in the system, 2%2F5%2Bx=-3%2F5.

Add (-2/5) to both members:
x=-3%2F5%2B%28-2%2F5%29
Simplify:
x=-5%2F5
x=-1.
