so I got

So is that answer right or is it {3, -3}?

If this is it, then you must do the parentheses first: (3-6) = -3 and within the absolute value, (3-12) = -9.

+%287-4%28-3%29%5E2%29%2F%28abs%28-9%29+%29

Next, do %28-3%29%5E2=9 and abs%28-9%29+=+9

+%287-4%2A9%29%2F9+

Next, multiply 4*9=36

+%287-36%29%2F9
-29%2F9
