You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28sqrt%282-x%29%29+=+x%2B4
square both sides of the equation
(2-x) = (x+4)^2
2-x= x^2+8x+16
x^2+9x-14=0
x^2+9x =14
x^2+9x+(9/2)^2 =14 +(9/2)^2
(x+9/2)^2 = 14+(81/4)
(x+9/2)^2 = (56+81)/4

(x+9/2)^2 = (137)/4

take square root
x+9/2 = +/-sqrt(137)/2
x= -9/2 +/- sqrt(137)/2
