Present:
x+10 - Anna's age
3x+10 - Bob's age
Therefore:
3x%2B10+=+2%28x%2B10%29
3x%2B10+=+2x%2B20%29
x+=+10%29
Therefore their ages now are:
Bob = 3x+10 = 40 y.o.
Anna = x+10 = 20 y.o.
