Main Concern: x - 2 ~> the root being 2
Root .......................... Coefficients
2| ...... 3 ..... 0 ..... -8 ..... 0 ..... 7
.............. 3 ..... 6 ..... 4 .... 8 ..... 23
The first term you pull down. Multiply that (3) by the root (2) and add to the next coefficient. Repeat for the rest of the coefficients.
3x^3 + 6x^2 + 4x + 8 + 23/(x - 2)
