Let the smaller and lager number be x and y
y - x = 12 and 3y = 7x => y = 7x/3
7x/3 - x = 12
(7x-3x)/3 = 12
4x = 12*3
x = 9
The Y = 7*9/3 = 63/3 = 21
The numbers are 9, 21
