You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope of y=2/3x+3 is 2/3
Flip the fraction: 2/3 ----> 3/2
Flip the sign: 3/2 ----> -3/2
So any line with a slope of -3/2 is perpendicular to y=2/3x+3
