When you multiply or divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number, the inequality sign will flip.


So you will go from -3r%3E15 to r+%3C+-5 after you divide both sides by -3. Notice how the > changes to <



So the answer is r+%3C+-5. This means you'll have an open circle at -5 and shading to the left.

+-3r+%3E15..............do not forget, if you divided the bottoms by -3+ and got -5, sign will change from greater to less
so, +-3r%2F-3+%3E15%2F-3 => r%3C+-5
