A company creates systems of alert for cars against thieves with the following features:
At a particular time (for ex. at night) in case there is violation, the alert sounds with a probability of 80%. On the other hand, in case there is not violation, the alert sounds with the probability of 10% (false alarm). There is no way that we can have more than one violations! Let the probability of violation is a, where 0 < a < 1.
