4x%5E0y%5E%28-2%29z%5E3%2F+4+x and 2h%5E3j%5E%28-3%29k%5E4%2F3+j%5E1k%5E1

If negative exponents are acceptable,

If the teacher wants all exponents to be positive,
I would start by realizing that x%5E0=1 for all x such that x%3C%3E0 ,
and y%5E%28-2%29=1%2Fy%5E2 so
