IF X/(2X-5) & 8/(X-5) ARE THE 2 DIMENTIONS OF THE RECTANGLE THEN THE PERIMETER IS:
2*X/(X-5)+2*8/(X-5)
2X/(X-5)+16(X-5)
(2X-16)/(X-5)
2(X-8)/(X-5) IS THE PERIMETER OF THE RECTANGLE.
