45%, z = NORMSINV(.45) = -.1257 ,  z = NORMSINV(.80) = .8416

 -.1257 = (X -330)/60

X = 60(-.1257) + 330 = 323, rounded Up

X = 60(.8416) + 330 = 381, rounded Up
