This is the same as
1%2F%282y%29+%2A+%281%2F3%29+=+2
1%2F%286y%29=2
multiply each side by 6y
%286y%29%2A1%2F%286y%29=%286y%29%2A2
1=12y
divide each side by 12
1%2F12=y
Test this in the original equation
(1/(2*(1/12)))÷3?=2
(1/(1/6))/3?=2
multiply each side by 3
(1/(1/6))?=2*3
(1/(1/6))?=6
(1*(6/1))?=6
6=6
