SOLUTION: I am trying to figure out a problem that uses the slope intercept form, y=mx+b
Here is the problem: (-10,8), 7x-5y=2. I get almost all the way to the bottom and here is my issue:

Y-8=7/5x+10......I get this, I do not get this:
Y-8=7/5x+14.....how did they get the 14??? I can not get it!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! What does the point (-10,8) have to do with the line 7x-5y=2??
You can convert the line to slope intercept form,
I'm not sure where 14 comes into it?
