1%2Fx+%2B+1%2F%282x%29+=+3%2F16

3x%2F2x%5E2+=+3%2F16    | Cross Multiplying 

 48x = 6x^2

   6x^2 - 48x = 0

  6x(x-8) = 0,  x = 8  |note x = 0 is an extraneous root

 Numbers are:  8, 16
