You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A man is twice as old as his son. His son is twice as old as his sister. Their total ages is 84. How old is the father

Let the daughter's age be x
Then the son's age is 2%2Ax and the father's age is 2%2A2%2Ax+=+4%2Ax
Sum of ages is 84. i.e. x+%2B+2%2Ax+%2B+4%2Ax+=+7%2Ax+=+84
Therefore, x+=+84%2F7+=+12
Daughter's age = highlight%2812%29
Son's age = highlight%2824%29
Father's age = highlight%2848%29

Hope this helps :)

Cheers, Ramki.
