sin(a) = sqrt(17^2-15^2)/17 = 8/17

sin(b) = 9/41
cos(b = = sqrt(41^2-9^2)/41 = 40/41

find tan(a+b) = [tan(a)+tan(b)]/[1-tan(a)tan(b)]
