Note: In the unit circle x^2 + y^2 = 1^2

Note: In QIII, y is negative.
(3/5)^2 + y^2 = 1
y^2 = 1 - (9/25)
y^2 = 16/25
y = -4/5

P(?, 1/3) II
Note: In QII, x is negative.
(1/3)^2 + x^2 = 1
x^2 = 1-(1/9)
x^2 = 8/9
x = -2sqrt(2)/3
