FOR EACH APPETIZER YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF 6 ENTREES.
APPET#1 WITH THE 6 ENTREE CHOICES GIVES YOU 1*6 CHOICES.
APPET #2 YOU ALSO HAVE 6 ENTREE CHOICES ANOTHER 1*6 CHOICES.
SO FOR EACH APPETIZER YOU HAVE 6 ENTREE CHOICES OR
8*6=48 TOTAL CHOICES (not 24).
