+ln%289x%29+=+7+ <---- Divide both sides by 7

+e%5E7+=+9x+ <----- translate the natural log equation to the exponential equivalent. Remember that +ln%289x%29+ really is +log%28e%2C9x%29+. The way that I translate it is this: The base of the log becomes the base in the exponent form. What used to be on the right side of the equals sign (in the log equation) becomes the power that the new base is raised to. What you're ln'ning or log'ging goes to the opposite side of the equals sign from the base and exponent.
