There are 5*4 = 20 possible draws
There is (0+3), (1+2), (2+1), (3+0) 4 draws that sum to 3.
So 4/20 or 1/5 in simplest form.

Hi,
without replacement
5C2 = 10, 2 ways for the sum to be 3: 0 and 3 0r 1 and 2
P(sum is three) = 2/10 =1/5 = .2 or 20%
