x+2y=1, 2y=-x+1, y=-x/2+1/2 (green line)
these are the same line equations & are superimposed on the graph.
 (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, of TWO functions y = -x/2 +1/2 and y = -x/2 +1/2).
solving this equation we get (1,0)(0,1/2).

You can put this solution on YOUR website! As Checkley correctly pointed out, these two equations represent the same straight line. However, if the solution is the SAME LINE, then the entire line is the solution to the problem. There are infinitely many solutions, since EVERY point on the line is a solution of both equations!!
