You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Graph f%28x%29 and at each x point, use the y point and move 4 units down and then cross the y axis to -x. The entire graph will look exactly like f(x)
except mirrored across the y-axis and will be 4 units lower.
Here's an example.
f%28x%29=%281%2F2%29x%5E3-2
g%28x%29=f%28-x%29-4=-%281%2F2%29x%5E3-2x-6
.
.
.
Here's the mirror of f%28x%29 across the y-axis.
graph%28300%2C300%2C-10%2C10%2C-10%2C10%2C%281%2F2%29x%5E3-2%2C-%281%2F2%29x%5E3-2%29
.
.
.
Now here it is with f%28x%29 and g%28x%29 together.
graph%28300%2C300%2C-10%2C10%2C-10%2C10%2C%281%2F2%29x%5E3-2%2C-%281%2F2%29x%5E3-6%29
.
.
f%28x%29 is in red.
g%28x%29 is in green.
