IF

1%2F%28x-2%29+-+2%2Fx%28x-2%29+=+3  |Multiplying thru by x(x-2) so as all denominators = 1

   x - 2 = 3x(x-2)

     3x^2 - 6x - x + 2 = 0

     3x^2 - 7x + 2 = 0

   (3x-1)(x-2) = 0,  x = 1/3           |Note: x = 2 (extraneous solution)
