three consecutive odd integers: +highlight_green%28x%29+, +highlight_green%28x%2B2%29+, +highlight_green%28x%2B4%29+

*** x + 2(x+2) = (x+4) + 6

    x + 2x + 4 = x + 10

       2x = 6

        x = 3 

the three consecutive odd integers are;  3, 5, 7

CHECKING our answer***

 3 + 10 = 13
