Think of it this way:
If You had $36 and You spent 1⁄4 going to a movie,
how much did it cost You to go to the movie.
As $9 + $9 + $9 + $9 = $36, 1⁄4 for a movie would be 
annual income $36,000, 1⁄5 for housing:
As to Your answer 35,470, might always recommend looking at Your answer
once You have it and asking Yourself, does that answer make CENTS.
If $35,470 of the $36,000 was spent on housing, there would almost nothing
left for all the other things.
